One of the easiest ways of getting healthy eyes are derived from food intake are nutritious vegetables. Generally, foods that are known good for eye health is a carrot. But other than that, there are many other foods that have benefits for your eyesight. Here are some foods that contain nutrients good for the eyes.

Foods that contain Vitamin C and E, Zinc, Lutein, Zeaxanthin, Omega-3 and plays an important role for eye health and can prevent the risk of cataracts. In addition, the nutrients and vitamins it can fight the disorder of the eye associated with age or AMD (Age-Related Macular Degeneration).
Here are some foods that contain nutrients good for the eyes:
1. Spinach and Cabbage
Both of these green vegetables contain beta carotene which can be converted into vitamin A to protect the eyes from damage caused by sun rays, cigarette smoke, and air pollution. Try consuming vegetable spinach to reduce the risk of disorders of the eyes due to age.
2. Wine and Strawberries
Both of these berries contain high levels of Vitamin C. Eat grapes and strawberries every day is good for the eyes. Other fruits such as papaya, Orange, and green peppers also contain high levels of Vitamin C.
3. Nuts
Peanuts and Pecans Almon is a food source of Vitamin E which is good to prevent and slow down the risk of cataracts. Green vegetables are also rich in Vitamin E
4. Turkey Meat, crabs, and oysters
Simply eating two oysters per day can meet the needs of Zinc daily maintain the health of the retina of your eyes. Turkey meat is also a rich source of Zinc in addition to red meat, nuts, and wheat.
5. Salmon and sardines
The flesh of the fish already known rich with Omega-3 is good for the heart, brain, and eyes to fight inflammation and helps the body's cells so that performance is better.
6. Carrot and Egg
