You will need: one tablespoon of honey (25 g), one tablespoon of pulp of aloe vera (15 g), a glass of water (200 ml). Add aloe vera and honey to the glass of warm water, mix everything thoroughly. Take this remedy every day after the main meal.

4. Sleep with raised legs

5. A diet rich in fiber
