Every job would have its own risks. However, a study released by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), a kind of health agencies in the United States, indicate if there is some work that was less good for heart health. What are some of these jobs?
The research itself is conducted in 12 states in the United States by examining at least 6 thousand employees spread of 22 types of occupations.
Health experts involved in the study itself says if there are seven criteria to be considered a healthy heart, the blood pressure, blood sugar, weight, cholesterol, exercise routine, smoking, and diet.
The result is, only 3.5 percent of all participants who meet the requirements that their heart in a healthy condition and most work is bad for heart health is a driver and a social services worker.
14.6 percent of the total number of employees involved in this study is the social service workers which of the seven parameters healthy heart, they only meet the parameters of less than two. Meanwhile, as many as 14.3 percent of all employees who worked as a driver was also only able to meet less than two parameters, as in the case of social care workers.
