1. Breakfasts

2. Don't sit on diets

78% of respondents said that they very rarely resorted to diets, and 48% said they had never done so in their lives.

3. Eat what brings pleasure

To love useful food is one of the main rules of a healthy diet. Food should be fun and not cause discomfort (bloating, heartburn, overeating, heaviness). 4. Moderate physical activity

Among the respondents, 32% do sports no more than twice a week, 27% do it three to four times a week, and 10% do not load themselves with physical activities. However, they prefer walking or biking by car (public transport).
